Graphs Page
The Graphs Page (above) contains the graphs which plot the sickness and the holidays over the year. Each individual sickness is recorded and each holiday over the year.
The average sickness and holiday over the week is also recorded. This means that in future years you can see, when the holidays were taken and on which day of the week people were more likely to fall sick on so that you can plan your cover more effectively.

Calendars and Starters Sheets
The Starters page contains a table to calculate how much holiday a starter or leaver is entitled to depending on the day they start or leave.
The Calendars sheets each contain everyones individual staff calendars for the whole year, detailing the shifts they work, start and finish times of the shifts and their holidays and sickness. These can be given to the shift workers to ensure they all know when you expect them at work.
