Shift Entry Page
This is the main page (below) where all the shifts are entered.

It is set up for at least a calendar year going from left to right in time. It is possible to have hundreds of staff all on on this page.

A shift pattern can easily generated for all the staff to a regular pattern, or one of our pre-set shift patterns can be entered.

Then as events unfold over the year, such as booking of holidays, sickness day, training days and so on, then whenever they are entered here, the software takes that information and constructs the Management Report you need.
For instance, entering a holiday increase the Holiday Taken parameter and reduces the Holidays Left parameter.
Thus you can easily track everyone of the most common parameters continuously.

The Shift Pattern sheet is where the shift pattern is entered and changed.
Once the relevant information has been entered into the Staff Records and the Information Sheet you can move on to the Shift Pattern sheet. The names of the shift workers, the start date, and shift data will automatically be there. You can start off by entering one week of the shift pattern to see if it meats your requirements and then generate and rotate it for an entire year.
