The Report sheet (above) is where the annual totals for the individuals are recorded and reported. The total hours, worked, holidays taken and their sickness are all recorded here. The annual sickness rate is also calculated and the total number of holidays still to be taken is recorded so that you can see if you are on target to meet your requirements for the year.
 

Tracking holidays is an important factor in managuing a shift pattern.
