Training in Staff Rostering takes a few hours, but thereafter a roster for a year can be created in
about 2hrs using Visual Rota. You can still do the task manually, but it would take much longer.
Usually, you have to create separate roster for different times of the year,
i) The Summer roster centred around staff holidays
ii) The Xmas-NY roster
iii) the inbetween rosters
These are then combined into a complete year.
