Information Sheet
The Information Sheet (below) contains the information about the shifts to be worked.
It is divided into two parts the input table which describes the shifts (up to 10 different shifts can be entered) These shifts are then used to create the Holiday and Sickness Shifts automatically.
The working length, and paid length of the shift and start and finish times are all recorded here.
There is also the staffing requirement which records how many of each shift is required on each day of the week. This then feeds into the shift pattern page to tell you if you are correctly staffed on every day.
The start date for the shift pattern is also entered here. This start date is automatically entered into the shift pattern and the associated days of the week are automatically changed.
The output table which record the number of shifts worked by each individual.

The bottom half of the Information Sheet totals the number of each type of shift worked by each individual over the year.
